Hello to all you European Backers. You are one step closer to having a BLAST! All product has been transferred from the Tokyo Express to the Valparaiso Express and is currently in the Caribbean. It is scheduled to arrive in Liverpool on May 8th and will be immediately transferred to one more boat headed for Leeds. You will have your blasters before summer!
We are so thankful and appreciative of those of you who have supported and followed us on this journey, and cannot wait to see you realize the rewards.

Additionally, all European orders are being sent to the U.K. for final distribution. Doing this will help you avoid VAT and duty taxes.

Hi All,
Quick update to let all you International Backers know that we will be doing a LIVE Questions and Answers session, tomorrow, on Facebook to try and explain/answer your questions and concerns about your pledge rewards.
All non-UK/European orders are set to ship out this week and you should have tracking information by Friday.
UK/European Backers...I apologize. All of your product is still shrink wrapped and sitting on the dock. We are trying to get placement on a ship, but things are backed up for months. The earliest confirmed dated we can board is March 13th. However, we are on stand by and will climb aboard as soon as possible.

I just want to jump on here without any frills or fluff and give you a solid and transparent update.
Analyzing fulfilled U.S. and sample International orders alerted us to an issue with our spreadsheets. People were not receiving all of their items, specifically early bird specials and add-ons, and it was also causing a huge customs/tax issue, which has sucked up a tremendous amount of resources fulfilling missing items, fighting with UPS, Customs and trying to appease those affected by such issues.
This has all been, or is currently being handled.
But, when we prepped the spreadsheets for the remaining orders, we pretty much had to go through them one by one to make sure they were correct. 60 percent were improperly exported from Backerkit.
All of them are fixed now. We are back on track!
1. UK/European orders are currently being palatized and prepped for departure on February 15th. I will update you the minute the boat leaves port.
2. International backers not in Europe: Your orders will be processed the minute the UK orders leave the warehouse and should begin shipping on February 8th.
3. Australia/New Zealand: New Zealander, Tasmania and Queensland orders will be going with the previous bunch and begin shipping by February 8th.
4. US Pledges with Late Survey Completion: Your orders will be processed on February 1st, with shipping estimated by February 5th.
I will give updates as each items move from its current position to the next step in the puzzle.
